SoundPlus is an independent audio player and client interface designed to play publicly accessible online audio and media streams. SoundPlus does not host, upload, or own copyrighted media files on its servers. SoundPlus merely interfaces with public endpoints upon direct user invocation.

SoundPlus is provided solely for personal, non-commercial media playback and utility purposes. Users agree not to reverse engineer, decompile for malicious exploitation, or attempt to compromise the network integrity of the service.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GraphiKrafts does not warrant that the application will be completely error-free or that third-party streaming sources will operate without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GraphiKrafts and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
